a) Services aiming at proper preparation and shielding of your business during the insurance process

Our knowhow allows us to provide you with services that ensure that your business is well-insured and prepared to deal with a significant loss case with greater certainty and less stress. Specifically, we offer the following services in cooperation with your insurance broker:

• We periodically check the adequacy of property insurance and business interruption coverage. This combination of property and loss of profits coverage is what will ensure excellent conditions for your business to recover from a catastrophic loss. This is achieved by correctly estimating the assets insured and the business interruption cover, based on the terms of coverage and especially the basis of compensation in the insurance policy.  
• We check for any irregularities or inaccuracies in licensing documents (operating license, fire protection certificates, building permits, etc.), in order to eliminate them, as they can play a catalytic role in the compensation process.
• We formulate accurate descriptions of the insured premises and fixed assets (buildings, machinery and items) in order to be included as such in the property insurance policy policies. 
• By assessing the risks of a company, we propose additional insurance needs that we find to exist and are related to the activity of each company required to protect its viability and reputation.

How is FAIR Consulting paid for its services?

Usually, our fee is a small percentage of the final compensation amount you will receive from the insurance company. The fee largely covers our costs.

For other services, the fee is determined accordingly and in cooperation with the interested party.
