Our History and Goals

FAIR Consulting was founded in 2008 after an extensive research into the insurance market regarding its needs in the claims and loss management. FAIR Consulting came to fill the gap that existed between the insured companies or individuals and their insurance companies and the loss adjusters appointed by them. It is clear that the consolidated and long-standing collaborations between insurers and loss adjusters had created very professional teams with extremely high specialization. On the other hand, the vast majority of the insured had no experience in dealing with losses. FAIR Consulting with its specialized services brought on balance and equality into the relationship between the insured, the insurance company and the loss adjusters appointed by it.

FAIR Consulting's goals are to improve its services regarding the information of its clients, through automated computerized processes that it creates and further develop its retail services, based on specialized software programs. At the same time, FAIR Consulting strives to reduces the time required for compensation disbursements. Finally, institutionalizing the role of the loss assessor and claim preparer for policy holders in Greece, as it stands in other developed markets, remains a permanent goal for our company.
