Vassilis Kratsas

He was born in Athens. After completing his studies at the Department of Electrical Engineering of TEI Chalkidas in 1993, he continued at Strathclyde University, where he received a postgraduate diploma in Electrical Power Engineering in 1996. Upon completion of his studies, he worked in a CE certification company for electrical and electronic devices. In 1997, he entered the insurance industry starting a collaboration with a large company of loss adjusters, where he gained significant experience in loss assessments and settlements as well as in risk inspections. In 2008, he co-founded and now co-manages FAIR Consulting. He is a forensic expert for the Courts of First Instance of Athens and Piraeus, and also a forensic expert for the Fire Service specializing in the investigation of causes of fire and explosions, in loss restoration assessments and fixed assets valuations.
